Robert Welcenbach speaks for the State Bar of Wisconsin on Remedying Financial Exploitation of the Elderly

Robert Welcenbach spoke today for the State Bar of Wisconsin on Remedying Financial Exploitation of the Elderly.  Robert spoke to other Milwaukee area and Wisconsin State attorneys about how to prevent and address the financial exploitation of the elderly.

Robert focuses on civil and probate litigation including Will Contests, Undue Influence, breach of Trusts, Trust accountings and mismanagement and theft by Powers of Attorney.

Robert discussed the recently enacted Wisconsin Power of Attorney Statute and remedies available when an Agent breaches a fiduciary duty and mismanages money for a parent or principal of a power of attorney or steals money from an agent.
